Good Food, Good Neighbors at Liv Avenida
The best conversations usually happen over food. That's why Resident Appreciation Week at Liv Avenida, held September 28 through October 2, was built around shared plates and easy moments to connect with neighbors in our Chandler community.
Three Ways We Fed the Community
- Build-your-own soda bar (Monday): Residents stopped by the Hub after work to mix custom drinks from a lineup of flavors.
- Walking Taco Tuesday: Seasoned beef, cheese, salsa and plenty of toppings, all served in a bag you can carry while you mingle.
- To-go breakfast (Thursday): Our team handed out breakfast at the front entrance from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. so residents could grab a bite on the way out the door.
Prizes and Pets
On Wednesday, the prize wheel stayed open all day in the leasing office, with Liv swag and goodies up for grabs. Friday belonged to our furry residents: Polaroid photos, build-your-own pup cups, and treats and toys to take home.
