The staff has been incredibly helpful from the start. I love that each unit comes with a keypad lock and alarm system it makes use feel safe and secure. The amenities are fantastic The gym is spacious, maintenance responds quickly to requests, and having Wi-Fi included in a bundle has saved me money. I also live near the pool, which has been a great bonus. The neighbors and staff are very friendly, and overall it’s been a great place to call home. Highly recommend

The grounds are so very well kept. We just moved from a 55 community so getting use to being around kids again will be fun, in a good way. That's why we moved here from Florida. To be close to our kids and grandkids. And this community has things to keep the whole family busy.

We actually call it our Paradise Resort. From the structures of the apartment buildings, the beautiful landscape, and all the resort style amenities. And to top it off, the staff are wonderful. The way we have a monthly calendar of events to help bring the residents and families together monthly as a community is absolutely beautiful. We Love our home and community.

From the moment we went to tour Liv, we knew it was the perfect spot. All their staff, from the main office to maintenance, have been super helpful, attentive and respectful The very few maintenance issues we experienced were resolved within 24hrs mostly in less than 12hrs . The amenities offered were perfect the gym is equipped with most of the items you need for a good workout loved when they added Peloton bikes - I would recommend a squat rack but understand the liability and the pools were always well maintained and had a great vibe All the neighbors are friendly and their pups are the cutest. I didn’t attend the groups activities offered during my time there but loved the community they built from gardening, to happy hours and workouts . I’m moving because it was time to get a bigger place and land, but I would recommend anyone to live at Liv-Avenida
