submitted by Karla L. - |Recommended: YesLuxurious Living In A Resort Like Setting — Liv Avenida is the most beautiful complex in Chandler. From the stylish interiors to the beautiful landscape I am truly happy about my choice to live here. The staff, and Katie in particular, have been welcoming and helpful. I had a small issue requiring maintenance and the person came in from his day off to make sure I had the necessary repair done. I was impressed Liv's apartments are top notch, with granite countertops, wood like flooring, stainless appliances and spacious patios. The amenities are many and there is something for everyone, even your dog I feel at home here, and so thankful I chose Liv Avenida.

The staff and maintenance are friendly and prompt. Moreover, the apartment provides many social events to meet your neighbors. I recommend anyone looking for apartments to check these out

Great kids... just lots of them. There have been lots more kids than adults. Last weekend it was 5 1 Since we have two pools, I'm wondering if we could have two specified days per week that one of the pools either front or back could be for adults only... One week day any and one weekend day any each week

submitted by Michael B. - |Recommended: YesLike A Liv-In Spa — Liv is a great place to live and would recommend it to everyone I've been here a year now and have had very little complaints. If you look to live here I'd merely recommend signing up monthly for the pest control to spray your apartment It's right next to a corn field so spiders like to stray from their stalks Other than that, I would say this apartment is fantastic and you truly feel like you're living at a full-service spa

submitted by Sarah P. - |Recommended: YesNice — Been living here for 8 months now. I absolutely love it I only have 1 complaint. They have tons of activities for adults even dogs. But never with children. I feel that they are not to kid friendly.
