Our apartment is thoughtfully designed to maximize space and we have not had any problems with it aside from minor repairs that can be expected of any living space. The process to move in was straightforward and we got a nice little gift basket as well as Liv Rewards points that day. I've taken advantage of the group events, as well as the fitness center and the pool, and have found all to have been great quality.

submitted by Nilda B. - |Recommended: YesThe Best Place Ever — I am very pleased with everything, from the office staff, the maintenance staff, all the facilities, the spacious apartment, swimming pools, dog park, all its activities,,, the Peace that you feel in the surroundings, in short, more than happy for choosing Liv Avenida as my new home. The staff is excellent, very professional and they treat you super well. They give you the help you need. I love living here and I love the staff. Veronica was the one who helped me from the beginning with everything in the apartment and I am still delighted with She. Her treatment of my husband and me was incredible and all her attention was excellent. I thank her and the other staff very much.

Victoria is excellent in everything she does, she helps me with everything. The other girls do too. All of them are super efficient. They help you with everything whatever you need and they make your life easier. I just love it.
