It needs to be a bit more frequent to common ground areas to ensure bugs don't breed and spread to homes.

We do have our pest control come out once a month and do preventative spray of the outside perimeter of our community, buildings and amenity areas. We also have pest control that comes weekly. They have a great pool, a great gym, and if you need maintenance which has been minor things for me , it gets done very quickly. They also have convenient garbage pickup right outside your door Sun - Thurs. This place has made my relocation from South Carolina to here a complete joy. To top it off, the staff here is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I could not ask for more from an apartment complex.
