submitted by Marie B. - |Recommended: YesLiv Is The Best Place To Live — I've been at LIV for over a year and wouldn't want to be anywhere else. The apartments are beautiful and spacious and the grounds are lovely and well maintained. The office staff is like no other. They're very friendly, helpful and exceptionally caring. The maintenance staff is the best, taking care of requests promptly and correctly. And LIV is the only place I found to have a social calendar. Weekly Exercise and Yoga classes, Painting class, Parties, Happy Hours, Fundraisers, Kids events and even Pet events This isn't just an apartment complex. It's a wonderful community run by wonderful people. It's a great place to LIV.

Super friendly and helpful staff, great amenities, fun and free activities, incredibly fast turnaround by the awesome maintenance team. It feels like we live at a resort, and have made countless friends. Great experience-you won't regret it.

The maintenance responds quickly, though I've only had a few minor issues. I love that there is nice flooring in the living spaces and great appliances and counter-tops in the kitchen. It is super dog-friendly as well.
