Units are well laid out and functional, staff is exceptional, beautiful pool area with nice sized gym. Great community

submitted by Joey W. - |Recommended: YesFabulous Property With Spacious Storage — This fabulous property has spacious indoor storage, ample parking, and very thoughtful floorplans which incorporate strategically placed electrical sockets. The grounds are superior and well kept. The maintenance team responds quickly and always cleans up before they leave. The valet trash service is efficient. Sue Abner have provided superb customer service and ensures everything runs professionally and smoothly as possible. I love living here

The aesthetic is definitely resort-style, but it also feels very comfortable and like a home. Apartments are insulated so well, I never ever hear my neighbors.

Maintenance is quick to solve issues, and cleanly. The community Is fantastic in the sense that everyone is courteous, friendly, respectful. LIV gives you a sense of family amongst a multitude of backgrounds, religions, races, and amazingly unique individuals.
