You Pay For What You Get! 24 Hour Ammenities ... — I would tell them its great, beautiful units .... but please understand that apartments come with more noise! Love it here so far! I searched far and wide in the area for a place with true ammenities ... 24 hours! I was so dissapointed that everywhere else closes access to ammenities at 6:00 pm when the staff leaves.

submitted by Bree J. - |Recommended: YesThe Property Is Very Nice. — I have lived may places and there were way more hoops to jump through for this property then any other one I have ever lived. The housing and community are nice. I feel very safe here and like the atmosphere. I have had a few issues with the office staff. They once had a package of mine for almost a month because they do not call the residents when they have packages. What if I didn t know I was getting a package? Also, recently I have had multiple problems with rent charges. I was charged to much one month and paid it. The office did not inform me off this. It was I who brought it to there attention. My rent check was also misplaced and I was charged 10 days of late fees. I always pay my rent on time or early. They office should have informed me, or dropped the late fees.

submitted by Moises H. - |Recommended: YesNice Place. — Our two-bedroom apartment is very spacious and was extremely clean when we moved in. Very dog friendly, which is a plus. We live on the third floor near the main pool, and it can get extremely loud, with the shouting and the television and music blasting at times. Would definitely not recommend an apartment near one of the pools.

The grounds and facilities are well kept. Our only issue is a tight amount of additional parking space.

We are transplants from Southern California, and miss the weather but living here we enjoy all the amenities such as the two pools, gym, and the dark park. The staff are all friendly, and quick to respond to our needs. We can easily recommend Liv Avenida to anyone.
