submitted by Victoria D. - |Recommended: YesGreat Place To Liv! — Always clean, safe community, tons of events to keep everyone connected, great parking, amazing sound-proofing between apartments, outstanding quality apartments. The staff is super nice and helpful, as well as the maintenance crew is very quick and efficient. The best apartment for anyone, best place to liv well and stay well. If I had to rate this community, It would be a 10. No complaints.

submitted by Neal C. - |Recommended: YesWe Love Liv! — We have lived here now for 6 months. We love the grounds, amenities, and the staff are great. Having such a nice gym and a walking path around the apartments has been a big motivator for us to be more health conscious. The monthly activities are always fun when we get a chance to attend and there is always something going on here at Liv, such as cooking classes, a book club, and happy hours. We are transplants here so these events offer us a chance to get to know our neighbors. Definitely a good place to live if you re new in town. We do hear our upstairs neighbors quite a bit, but I guess thats just about any apartments you live in. We have not had to place a maintenance request so I can t offer my opinion on that, but hey, thats a good thing right?!! Thanks for the outstanding place we call home, there s a reason this apartment complex is winning awards!!

submitted by Jenny M. - |Recommended: YesWonderful Experience — Moving across the country to a new state was daunting, but it was reassuring to know that I d found such a wonderful apartment complex to start off my new life. My 3 months at Liv Avenida have been phenomenal. My neighbors are very friendly- and I can t even hear their dogs. The amenities are convenient and well maintained. The staff is responsive and helpful. I enjoy the location- the surrounding area is great for running. I would not change a thing about my time at Liv so far!

The community has a very friendly and healthy atmosphere that you just become a part of. I have a teenager who loves coming home and just de-stress at the pool or at the hub after a tough day at school, not to mention the fact that he s developed new friendships within the community. We love where we live right now...a lovely home with a great big backyard :)

The grounds are always kept up and beautiful. The staff is very professional and extremely friendly. I could not have picked a better place to live!

submitted by Vincent P. - |Recommended: YesWebsite Sucks — This is the best place I've ever lived but the website sucks. I have trouble with paying my rent online. The amount is never correct. It's gotten better but you should seriously consider finding a new company to manage your web presence.
